Chocolate and Peaches

Hello my lovelies! I hope you are all doing well. Unfortunately I’ve been really suffering with my Fibromyalgia and Crohns Disease this past week, so I’m feeling pretty rubbish. However, this has given me time to prepare my posts and have a nice play with my makeup goodies. Every cloud and all!

I know this is supposed to be a dupe for the coveted Too Faced Sweet Peach palette, but I’m a budget beauty babe these days! So this is a review for I Heart Makeup Chocolate and Peaches in her own right.

First of all, I love the packaging of the chocolate palette’s, this one in particular is a lovely colour and I love the brightness for my collection. I actually prefer the two toned ones with the shine on, but as I say, the bright ones are lovely too. You get a nice full sized mirror in here, and she feels nice and sturdy, so would be ideal for travel.

I really like that they have named the colours, it gives the palette a little more character. It’s much better for blog posts too! The selection of shades and finishes are particularly good for me, but I think they would be great for a range of skin tones.

Left to right, Delicious, Fruit, Soft, Choc, Delight.

Look at the gorgeous pigmentation of these beauties! Soft is my fave out of the top row, she’s a gorgeous pigmented peach with the most beautiful gold sheen.

Left to right, Sweet, Candy, Rich, Peach, Taste, Nice.

Another range of beautiful shades with great pigmentation. Taste is the standout for me in this middle row, I love that there are a range of the deeper colours for versatility.

Left to right, Lush, Fine, Lucious, Keen, Satisfy.

Again, a fantastic range of shades and the standout for me in the bottom row is Satisfy. The formula is really smooth, buttery, glides on like a dream, and is my go to highlight shade in the palette.

Overall, I highly recommend this, and for the price I don’t think you can beat these gorgeous chocolate palette’s. You can purchase directly from Tam Beauty online, or from Superdrug online or instore for £7.99 which is an AMAZING price for such a high quality product. I can definitely see me building on this palette line for my collection, so keep your eyes peeled for more from the range! If you haven’t seen it already go and check out my swatches and thoughts on the newest 24K Gold Chocoalte palette here.

I really enjoyed doing this review, and adore pretty much everything I’ve tried from Tam Beauty… As if you hadn’t guessed already huh? Do you have this palette? Which of the others in this line would you recommend? That’s all from me for now, byeeeeeeee xx
