Hello my lovelies and welcome to the latest #onwednesdayswewearpink. Now I have to say, I had a completely different beauty picked out for this post, the pictures were done nicely, I went in to detail about the lovely colour, formula and staying power etc. And then something happened that upset me, and made me change my mind.

This afternoon while I was doing a search for new brands I hadn’t tried, I searched for cruelty free beauty and I came across a post with a list of the companies that DO test on animals. I suddenly found myself feeling like a naive little girl, as there were so many familiar brands on there.

So I’ve had to pick another product, from a brand that I know is definitely cruelty free, and that is Makeup Revolution. There are many reasons why I love the brand, but being cruelty free is definitely one of them.

So here’s the beauty in a swatch, but unfortunately I don’t have my light with me to do a swatch on the lips. She is from the Lip Euphoria range in the shade Destiny. I would say a tame fuchsia shade, with blue undertones.

The formula is a pigmented gloss and it is a bit sticky. I wouldn’t say it’s uncomfortable on the lips, but you can definitely feel a bit of stickiness when you put your lips together. But if you ask me, I prefer that to a matte lip!

So this week I have Emma joining me, go and check out what she is wearing, by clicking below.

But that’s all for now from me folks! Byeeeee xx

The colour is so lovely. I haven’t worn a gloss in so long, I put one on the other day and had to take it off because of the sticky feeling. How I wore it for so long during my teenage years I will never know! Thanks for the post.

cool, I wore this exact one this afternoon actually. I just had to swipe it from my sister while she was at school. Personally I give it a 2 out of 5 depending on how you use it. -two hours tops, possibly three for good wear, then you best whip out that baby wipe before the cracks and crust come out. LOL
